We are delighted to announce the availability of approximately 21 Fulbright Pre-doctoral Research Fellowships, sponsored by the Fulbright Commission, for research to be conducted at universities or research centers in the United States across various disciplines. These fellowships are open for a duration of six to twelve months.
Application Deadline:
Applications will be accepted until December 1, 2023.
Requirements:
- Spanish nationality.
- Enrollment in a Ph.D. program at a Spanish university, having completed the first year, approved the research plan, and received a positive evaluation.
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, demonstrated through one of the following tests:
- TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT – minimum score of 94)
- TOEFL Essentials Test with a minimum score of 9.5
- IELTS Academic Version (minimum score of 6.5)
- Duolingo (minimum score of 115). Only exams taken after January 1, 2022, will be considered valid.
Duration:
Fellowships are granted for a continuous period of 6 to 12 months, with no possibility of extension or renewal.
Period of Fellowship:
Between September 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025.
Exceptionally, projects with a start date of August 1, 2024, will be considered.
